Synergy is winding down our summer after a great summer of festivals.
We are grateful to our vending crew who hit the road this summer and thank
our customers for supporting Synergy and keeping the wheels of Synergy moving.
We just got back from Las Vegas from showing our fall 2010 collection at WWD Magic,
and are happy to report that we had our best fall trade show to date.
We look forward to getting our fall collection in stock soon featuring cozy organic cotton fleece,
warm woolen jackets, functional utilitarian pieces in organic French Terry,
and more of our signature organic cotton jerseys with hand-work appliqué.

It’s a wrap. Synergy just completed our fall 2010 catalog shoot. Many thanks to our talented photographers Marlisa Fisher for shooting our dress form shots, and to Olivia Hearley for scouting and shooting our model shots in various stunning local Santa Cruz spots. Olivia has an innate way of capturing deep beauty in all that she shoots. Many thanks to our lovely and talented cover model Emerald Snow, an academic in the field of human evolutionary biology, preparing for her PHD, who moonlights as a Synergy model on the side. Thanks too to Brianna Dickenson for modeling our fall line, a classically trained dancer and a part time Synergy shop girl on her way to a graduate program integrating permaculture with expressive arts therapy. We are very pleased with how beautiful the model shots came out, and the synergy of everyone who worked together on our fall catalog project and feel good working with so much local Santa Cruz talent. We look forward to posting the shoot on our web site soon, as we prepare to launch fall 10 on our web site.

Synergy will be vending at The Dead at the Mountain Aire Festival
Memorial Day weekend. It feels like full circle for us and a return
to our roots as we got our start selling our wares at Grateful Dead
shows in the 1990's. This time around we are feeling more grown up
and are excited to bring our kids Zac and Zoe to their first Dead show.
