My item is back-ordered what does that mean?

We sometimes have merchandise for sale that has been sold out and is being re-stocked. We will notify you of estimated ship date or if it is sold out and we can not fill your order.

How will my order be shipped?

Most orders will ship out within 3 business days. We do not ship out on Saturdays or Sundays. Your order will ship via standard shipping unless you select an alternative shipping method.

Can my order ship internationally?

Yes-we ship internationally. Standard shipping to Canada is $11.99. For all other countries a flat $35 shipping fee applies for all orders under $200. We will ship via the United States Postal Service International Express Mail. Any additional duties and taxes assessed by customs in the customer’s responsibility.

Please ship back to us the item(s) you would like to return via your preferred shipping method, with the original invoice number, and indicate whether you would like to exchange it for another item of if you would like to return it all together. Items will be refunded in the manner of the original payment.

How long do I have to make a return or exchange?

Synergy will accept unworn or defective merchandise for return or exchange within 21 days of shipping date. Most returns are processed within ten days of receipt in our warehouse. We will send you an email confirming that your return has been processed.

How will my return be credited?

Your return will be credited back to the original method of payment used to make the purchase. If you paid with a gift certificate a new gift certificate will be issued for the amount of the credit and mailed to you.

Can items purchased at a store be returned to us directly?

Please make returns directly at the store from where you bought the item.

Are your garments pre-shrunk?

All of our 100% cottons are pre-shrunk and should not shrink if washed in warm water or put in the dryer. But we do recommend all of our products to be washed in cold water to encourage their longevity. The Hemp is the main fabric we work with that will shrink when washed in hot water and or put in the dryer.
